The first HIEMit book on HIEM (Human Institutional Economic Model), titled Architecture of Economic Activity, is currently undergoing final editing before publication.

Hi everyone!

Yesterday I finished Version 1.0 of the book. I sent it to a specialist for review, and he came back with a very detailed critique. His main conclusion was that the book is still missing several important elements—most notably a mathematical model and an agent-based simulation.

He pointed out many things that I simply hadn't seen before, and I'm very grateful to him for that. He was right: the book still needs more work.

Because of this, I've decided to prepare Version 1.1 and publish that instead. There's a lot of interesting work ahead, and I'm confident I can handle it.

You've all waited for me for a very long time. You've even finished setting up the ecosystem. At this stage, you've completely fulfilled your part of the project. You've helped tremendously—including supporting me personally with financial assistance.

Yes, we've postponed the launch over and over because of my delays. It's hard to believe that our original target was back in March!

Unfortunately, I've held everyone up with the book. Even now, although it's technically finished, I'm not ready to publish it because, without a solid body of evidence, it feels like a collection of assertions rather than a convincing argument.

I know that the only thing standing between us and the next stage is the publication of this book. It has become the main reference point for our entire project.

However, because I spent the last several months working exclusively on the book, I wasn't working anywhere else or earning any income. As a result, I've accumulated debts.

So I'll have to return to work while finishing the book in parallel—or rather, expanding it with evidence demonstrating the model's validity and effectiveness in several key areas.

I expect that this will take at least another two to three months.

Dude, congratulations on finishing the book! To be honest, I don't remember you planning to write a book back in March. As far as I remember, we were working on the canons together using local AI models. I saw what that work involved, so I'm not surprised it took this long. You did a great job just getting it finished. I honestly couldn't imagine how you'd turn those canons into a full book so quickly. Let me read it—I’m really curious to see how it turned out. I can arrange restricted access to the book so that only our people can read it.

I’ve read it. It turned out to be a perfectly solid book. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t publish it. I really liked it—it immediately cleared up a lot of things for me. Until now, I’d only had a rough understanding of the idea, dating back to 2022 when HIEMit first explained the concept to us. I think it would be worthwhile for everyone who supports you—or has at least heard about this—to read the book. It would give them a much clearer understanding of what it’s all about.

I’m actually really happy about this book. It made me realize this isn’t some nonsense I bought into—with only a vague idea of what it was about—and ended up wasting my time and money on. 😂 Whew... this is seriously good stuff. It does read more like a manual than a conventional book, but I honestly don’t think there’s any other way to explain something like this. I remember how much we struggled with building the AI knowledge core for the book. 😂 How do you explain something that doesn’t even exist yet? I think HIEMit has done an excellent job. My guess is that it’s simply his modesty that’s keeping him from publishing it. 😄

Congratulations, everyone!

Today, July 15, 2026, is the birthday of the book!

Today, HIEMit finished the book and submitted it to Amazon for publication. Yesterday, after I had read the book along with the scientific advisor's comments, we discussed everything together. We started estimating the amount of work required, and it turned out that addressing all the comments would take about a year. By then, it wouldn't just be version 1.1 anymore—it would be closer to version 1.6.

So we decided to publish version 1.0 today. Future versions will be released as we incorporate all the feedback, including the economic model simulation.

So congratulations to everyone! The book is finally finished—and it turned out exactly as we hoped! 🎉📖
